An experienced Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and accomplished Board Member with over 20 years of expertise in Human Capital Management, strategic leadership, and corporate governance. He currently serves as the CHCO at Cenomi Retail, following a distinguished 13-year tenure as CHRO at SACO, with a strong track record of collaboration with global firms including Hays Group, Korn Ferry, and EY.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from King Abdulaziz University, a Diploma in Accounting from Riyadh College of Technology, and professional certifications in HR management, corporate governance, and strategic thinking.

Mr. Al Theabi also serves on boards and committees for major public and private entities, including Tasnee, Abu Moati Company, the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development’s Labor Policies Subcommittee, and the Riyadh Chamber of Commerce.
