An accomplished executive leader with extensive experience in financial management, corporate leadership, and strategic planning within the industrial sector. He previously served as the CEO and CFO of the National Industrialization Company (Tasnee) and held several senior finance positions at SABIC headquarters and its subsidiaries, culminating in the role of Vice President of Finance.

Mr. Al Fawaz holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from King Saud University and has completed specialized executive programs in corporate governance, advanced financial leadership, risk management, and international treasury.

He also serves as Chairman of Saudi Logistics Company (SAL), Saudi Chemical Company, and Saudi Acrylic Acid Company, and holds board and audit committee leadership positions across several major industrial entities, including Tasnee, TAQA, Sahara Olefins, Cristal, SPC, and AMIC.
